State Treasurer to announce new program at CAMC Women and Children’s Hospital and WVU Children’s Hospital on Monday, August 31.
CHARLESTON, W.Va. – West Virginia State Treasurer John Perdue will announce a new SMART529 grant program that will provide parents a $100 incentive if they open a new account during their child’s first year.
Treasurer Perdue will provide details of the Bright Babies Grant Program on Monday, August 31, 2015 at the following news conferences in Charleston and Morgantown:
9:30 a.m. – CAMC Women and Children’s Hospital, Charleston2:00 p.m. – WVU Children’s Hospital, Morgantown (Meet in the lobby of Ruby Memorial Hospital)
SMART529 is a program of the SMART529 College Savings and Prepaid Board of Trustees and is administered by Hartford Life Insurance Company.
